TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Should you wish to return any item/s purchased on our website, you may do so for a, credit voucher or exchange. The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser. The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact. If the item/s is unsuitable please communicate to make the necessary, return arrangements. If you would like to exchange the item a collection and re-delivery will be at the cost or purchaser.
The above is applicable once per order.
Products will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days after successful receipt of payment.
Actual Shipping times may vary slightly. Orders under the value of R1000-00 are subject to a local delivery fee of R40 and a national delivery fee of R70. Free delivery for orders over R1000-00. Delivery will be made to South African street addresses only. An order is considered complete as soon as it is handed to an individual at your specified delivery address and signed for by the purchaser. Any query relating to the order must be advised to The Red Tulip within 24 hours after receipt of the goods. In the event of goods being lost in transit, The Red Tulip has the option to either replace the missing goods or refund the customer. Goods can be collected at The Red Tulip shop at Madison’s Market Cafe by prior arrangement.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Please note the stock of all items on offer is limited. Any order is subject to the item not being sold out, in which event The Red Tulip may remove such item from your basket. The purchase shall be complete only when the payment has been processed fully and The Red Tulip has received the money. If payment fails, for any reason, the purchase shall not be successful. All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
Cooling off (cancellation policy)
A cooling off period applies to all purchases, prior to the order being dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.
Service disruption The Red Tulip reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the site. While we strive to be online continuously, we cannot exclude cases in which the webpage may be unavailable. In rare cases this may cause data loss. The Red Tulip cannot be held liable for cross-browser incompatibilities that cause checkout or payment failures.
The Red Tulip retains all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the “Property Protection”). A modification, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited by The Red Tulip. This includes but is not limited to copying any style or design.
Termination/cancellation of orders
The Red Tulip reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent.
Changes in General Conditions The Red Tulip reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time.
We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.
Anyone downloading or trying to download malware or damaging coding on this site, or who tries to gain unauthorised access to any page on this site, will be prosecuted. The Red Tulip will claim civil damages from such person if The Red Tulip suffers any damage or loss. All credit card transactions on the site are protected by Payfast. The Red Tulip has no access to any confidential information regarding your payment method. Only the banking partner of Red Tulip will have access to confidential information (such as your credit card number, expiry date, CVV etc.).
The Red Tulip will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
